LA Trust Awarded $2.9 Million Grant

The Los Angeles Trust for Children’s Health has received a 2.9 million dollar grant.

The grant will support LAUSD Student Health and Human Services staff to develop referrals to the wellness network with the local Best Start and 0-5 programs in our school communities. It will also pay for pediatric training and children’s furniture for the Wellness Centers at six sites. Hershey Cause Senior Advisor, Jan Kern, developed the LA Trust for Children’s Health in her capacity as President for ten years.
