WE RISE Campaign Recognized for Significant Community Impactwith 10 Awards in October

Cause Communications recognized for its community-forward communications, specifically the WE RISE campaign encouraging wellbeing through art and community engagement.

In recognition of its continual efforts to lift up community voices, amplify impact, and use communications for good through the WE RISE campaign, Cause Communications received 10 awards during the month of October. The firm was honored by the Los Angeles County Quality and Productivity Commission, the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), and the Los Angeles chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA-LA).

On October 13, Cause was recognized by the Los Angeles County Quality and Productivity Commission during the 34^th Productivity and Quality Awards ceremony. WE RISE, a partnership with the County’s Department of Mental Health, received the County Image Enhancement Award as a community and arts-forward campaign that elevates wellbeing for all.

Additionally, Cause secured a PRism award from PRSA-LA for best integrated marketing campaign in the Community Relations, Not-for-Profit category for WE RISE 2021. Cause was also acknowledged as one of the top three scorers across all award categories when points were compiled.

Cause concluded the month of October by taking home eight MarCom Awards, one of the largest international competitions for marketing communications professionals, from the AMCP. Cause’s MarCom Awards accolades included one Platinum Award, five Gold Awards, and two Honorable Mentions for the campaign, programming, and various strategically placed earned and owned media related to WE RISE 2021.

In short, the WE RISE 2021 campaign impact included:

Authentic partnerships with more than 500 community-based organizations across Los Angeles County
21 art installations across Los Angeles County from more than 90 local artists that attracted more than 30K visitors
52M impressions for the out of home advertising campaign in five languages
626M impressions from earned media coverage from more than 275 media stories
6M social media impressions
